School Calendar & Daily Schedule
We’re excited to announce that Orondo School District will be on a four-day week this year! The district made the decision to move to a four day week to help:

Extend learning time each school day (with extended opportunities after school and on Fridays)

Save money on operation costs

Increase attendance
The district’s application was approved by the Washington Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI). The new schedule will begin immediately once school begins on Monday, August 19.
Orientation Night will be on Thursday, August 15 from 4:00pm to 6:00pm.
Daily Schedule:

School will be Monday - Thursday from 7:45am to 2:50pm.

The first day of school is Monday, August 19
After School Care:

After school care will be available Monday - Thursday from 2:50pm to 5:00pm. It will also be available on Fridays from 7:45am to 2:50pm.

Middle School Athletics
Orondo School District has partnered with Chelan Middle School Athletic Department to offer more sport options for our students.
All Orondo students must get their sports physical done this summer and register for sports on the Lake Chelan School District website.
