Business Manager/Human Resource Director
Compensation: Level 1 $59,000-$71,999 DOE Level 2 $72,000-$84,000 DOE

The Orondo School District is seeking qualified applicants for the Business Manager Human Resource Director position. The ideal candidate with the support of the Fiscal Assistant will perform, manage, and oversee the accounting, fiscal, human resources, and child nutrition functions of the district. The Business Manager/Human Resource Director also ensures that district practices are implemented in compliance with local, state, and federal mandates and that district services are available to support the district's learning and teaching priorities. This position supervises and evaluates the performance of assigned district support personnel (i.e. Fiscal Assistant, transportation staff, food service staff, custodian staff, and district office staff).

The Orondo School District is announcing the opening of the position of Interim Superintendent.
Current Superintendent Dr. Ismael Vivanco has served the district as Superintendent for 3 years and has accepted employment with another district effective June 30, 2020.
To be considered as a candidate for the 0.5 FTE Interim Superintendent’s position, the Search Committee must receive a complete application file consisting of the following by 4:00 p.m. on Monday, April 27, 2020:
1. Completed School District Application Form; Certificated Application
2. Letter of Application describing the candidate’s professional preparation and
personal characteristics that prepare the candidate for the position;
4. Transcripts (unofficial accepted but official will be required upon hire);
5. Copy of Professional Certification (if available);
6. A list of three professional references (with contact phone numbers) who have
direct knowledge of the candidate’s professional qualifications.
